Death's a Part and Parcel of Desire

“You go to war
but not to victory.”
Oftentimes, roads to victory
are paths going to war?
There is no easy way.
People want peace but what
if the price of peace is war
against the corrupt society,
against neighbors and family,
ultimately against oneself.

War could mean death.
Everyone desires life,
but death is a part
and parcel of desire.

Even“with no chance
of winning and where
death is certain”
warriors still go to battle.
why sit and wait If you
can fast-track the relevant
and the inevitable.
A deathbed of stool
covers compassion,
and it produces
willful unheard pleas.
Better a bloodbath
than a tub that stinks.
“It is better to burn out
than to fade away".
Yes, better a fast death
than to die slowly
in misery.

"Where O Death is your victory?
Where O Deathis your sting?"
From today, I shall search
for where you are,
I shall find your beauty
and your ugliness
in the faces of the crowd;

I shall reveal
your innermost secrets,
I shall spit on your put on fears,
i shall impart the absurdity

and weakness of the weakness
that you inflict on others.

You are nothing
but a sad joke O Death.
Come on, visit me
while I still have time for
your cracks and kinds of laughter;
Lets laugh while the dwellers
of this world are still festive;
when the people can still afford
to forget your existence and
to close their eyes
and say, or as your name?
